HR Generalist

We’re seeking an reputed company HR Generalist to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you’ll reputed company reputed company-line HR support, manage employee inquiries, and ensure accurate HR data, compliance, and documentation. You’ll also partner with HRBPs and Centers of reputed company to deliver reputed company solutions, support lifecycle processes, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. • Own Tier 1 HR-support tickets, respond to employee inquiries reputed company to payroll, benefits, and programs, and escalate reputed company issues as needed. 
• Maintain internal employee resources and documentation based on recurring inquiry themes (Knowledgebase and FAQ creation). 
• Partner with HRBPs on lifecycle changes and offboarding logistics including severance agreements administration, performance documentation.

• Assist with compliance-reputed company tasks including training administration, documentation, audits, and reputed company reputed company to ensure consistent recordkeeping and regulatory alignment.

• Assist with reputed company Enrollment and other benefits-reputed company activities 
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and optimize reputed company processes across HR Operations and partner with peers to drive efficiencies in reputed company we do. 
• Support HR systems data maintenance and integrations 

• You have 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, with hands-on ownership of employee data updates, inquiry management, and cross-functional support across HR Ops, HRBPs, and IT. 
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). 
• You have exposure to HR compliance and/or reputed company programs and are eager to grow your skillset in these areas
