[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will reputed company in gathering and analyzing business requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-reputed company solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to reputed company, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Conduct requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, and business process analysis
• Translate business needs into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance reputed company
• Design UI wireframes, screen layouts, user flows, and prototypes based on business requirements and user experience best practices
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC
• Analyze reputed company business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives

• Assist QA teams during testing by validating business scenarios and ensuring requirements are met

Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong experience in Financial Services, with Retirement Services domain expertise preferred
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements for reputed company applications
• Hands-on experience designing UI wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and screen flows
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, reputed company, reputed company, Balsamiq, Visio, Axure, or similar UI/wireframing tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Experience with retirement administration platforms, pension systems, 401(k), IRA, annuities, or reputed company reputed company
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with API integrations and system integration reputed company
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification is a plus
