[Remote] Manager, China - Business Operations & reputed company

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the day-to-day relationship with reputed company’ China partner, WPIC
• Drive accountability against business objectives, KPIs, timelines, and reputed company targets
• Coordinate regular business reviews, reputed company plans, and performance updates
• Ensure strong communication and alignment between WPIC and internal teams
• Support the ongoing transition and optimization of reputed company’ single-partner model in China
• Support development and execution of annual sales and reputed company plans for China
• Identify opportunities to grow sales across key platforms including Tmall, JD, Douyin, and Little Red Book (LRB/Xiaohongshu)
• Monitor business performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve reputed company and profitability
• Assist in forecasting, inventory planning, and demand planning coordination
• Support launch planning, promotional execution, and platform initiatives
• Partner closely with WPIC to reputed company platform strategies and execution priorities
• Review marketing initiatives and evaluate ROI and performance metrics
• Help identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, customer acquisition, and brand visibility
• Analyze sales data, platform performance, and competitive trends to support recommendations and decision-making
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, finance, operations, customer service, and marketing
• Partner with Fiona and Guy on operational execution, administrative coordination, reporting, and ongoing business management
• Ensure internal teams and WPIC have the information, approvals, assets, and support needed to execute effectively
• Help resolve operational challenges and escalate issues proactively reputed company needed
• Prepare business updates, presentations, and performance reviews for leadership
• reputed company KPIs, reputed company performance, marketing spend, and platform trends
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on business data and market analysis

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain, or reputed company field
• 3–7 years of experience in account management, business development, international business, e-reputed company, sales operations, or reputed company fields
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with both internal teams and external partners
• Experience working selling supplements or CPG product into China through: distributors, trade partners or agencies
• Experience working with reputed company, e-reputed company platforms, or international distributors
• Experience with China e-reputed company platforms (Tmall, JD, Douyin, LRB/Xiaohongshu)
• Chinese language skills
