Position Overview

This remote-based, temporary data entry role is for a duration of 6 months, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 9-5 in the Eastern Standard time zone. We're offering a competitive hourly rate of $25/hr. As a Data Entry Associate, you'll work closely with the Production department to manage administrative processes, leveraging your foreign language skills and advanced proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input details from transcripts onto course worksheets according to blithequark guidelines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Uphold the security and privacy of documents, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols.
  • Assess team requests to ensure they meet standards, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Strive to prevent errors and discrepancies in file management processes, implementing quality control measures to maintain high production standards.
  • Carry out thorough quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient workflows, providing support and assistance as needed.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Data Entry Associate at blithequark, you'll need:

  • Foreign Language skills, including Arabic, French, Russian, Farsi, Portuguese, and/or Spanish (other major foreign languages will be considered). Advanced proficiency in English is a must-have.
  • Strong tech and data entry skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Administrative and/or data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
