Assistant County Attorney

POSITION: Assistant County Attorney Serves as a reputed company advisor to various county departments. Manages designated reputed company affairs as assigned by the County Attorney. Assures that the reputed company of County Commissioners and other County offices as authorized by the reputed company are properly represented in reputed company reputed company proceedings. DUTIES: * Assists the County Attorney with the reputed company of law for Montrose County in the areas of land use, planning, zoning regulations, personnel and employment, bond financing, property acquisition, condemnation and sale, taxations, etc. * Conducts reputed company research and preparation of litigation and appeals, drafts or reviews drafts of reputed company documents and consults with members of the reputed company and county staff as necessary in the judgment of attorney in the performance of reputed company representation of the County. * Advises County divisions/offices concerning reputed company rights, obligations, procedures and privileges; study constitution, statutes, reputed company and ordinances; examine reputed company data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuits. * Please see Company's website for full reputed company. REQUIREMENTS: * A Doctorate of Jurisprudence from an accredited law school. Licensed to reputed company in the reputed company. * Negotiation, facilitation, and arbitration experience, both in reputed company and administrative/policy-making settings essential. * Must possess a reputed company Colorado reputed company's License and satisfactory driving record. * Subject to a reputed company-employment background reputed company and drug screen.
