Job Summary

As a Chat Call Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing order processing for customers using proprietary order-entry systems.
  • Working with customers, sales reps, and sales management over the phone and email to address queries and resolve issues.
  • Handling incoming calls and emails from customers, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Demonstrating strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Collaborating with technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems.
  • Processing purchase orders and order restocking of inventory.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
  • Maintaining relationships, gathering feedback, and following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Answering pricing and product inquiries.
  • Executing contract maintenance and informing customers of pricing contract changes.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Great follow-up skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to write legibly with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Effective team player with the ability to work collaboratively to achieve department objectives.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to consolidate shipments from various suppliers and ensure documentation for export is correct.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Familiarity with luxury home furnishings and interior design.
  • Experience with proprietary order-entry systems.
