Job Summary
As a Trader Administrations Group Captain, you will report to our Dealer Administrations Manager and work closely with our Inbound Enactments group. Your primary responsibilities will include providing mentorship to colleagues, driving team performance, and showcasing best practices in issue resolution and metrics monitoring. When our offices resume, we anticipate this job to be hybrid with some time in-office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics
- Demonstrate creativity and commitment to making moves to advance a positive work environment
- Be an student of the business: seek ways to develop and learn about the industry
- Make a positive impact on client experience by inspiring the team to provide excellent customer support and making working with us easy for Shippers
- Identify ways to improve and implement projects to enhance productivity and quality
- Respond to and address escalations protests from clients and employees
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Have 2+ years of experience in an office environment
- Enjoy diagnosing issues and developing innovative approaches to solve challenges
- Be customer-driven and effective at working with individuals with varying levels of technical ability
- Thrives in an environment where you are continually learning new skills and can apply them to your daily work
- Be proficient in Google Sheets or Excel to perform data analysis
- Function well in both independent and team environments
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree

- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
