About the Role
This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a variable reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of traditional business hours. You'll be working 30-39 hours per week, with the possibility of additional or fewer hours due to business requirements. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Virtually assist customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions, providing accurate and helpful solutions.
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying opportunities to address customer concerns and improve their overall experience.
- Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical advisement is necessary.
- Deliver best-in-class service experiences for our customers, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance, copays, and shipping needs, providing clear and concise information to address their concerns.
- Offer technical support to customers navigating pharmacy.blithequark.com, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience.
- Prioritize customer privacy and safety by adhering to blithequark's Work From Home policy and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older).
- 6 months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in multitasking and phone/computer skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules frequently (every 3 weeks) with a two-week advance notice.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test to be considered for the role.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Background working in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of industry-specific terminology and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Proven team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
