Your work will involve various data engineering activities, such as maintaining and improving data acquisition processes, data validation processes, ETL/ELT data pipelines, and overall process alerting methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Data requirements gathering, source-to-target mapping, data validation scripting and review, data visualization
• Creating and monitoring ETL/ELT data pipelines, designing and executing database schema/tables/views
• Delivering datasets as input to science models and visualizations
• Utilizing technologies such as SQL (primarily Snowflake and PostgreSQL), Python, Docker, Gitlab, and Airflow to fulfill the job requirements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in ELT/ETL data pipeline development and support
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise using Python and SQL (ideally with Snowflake)

• Experience creating and maintaining automated job schedulers
