Key Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor at Workwarp, your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely issue resolution, and precise documentation. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Returning missed calls and emails within a maximum of 5 minutes to ensure prompt communication and minimize wait times for customers.
- Assessing technical issues to determine if they can be resolved over the phone or if they require immediate escalation to the Shop Foreman or Service Manager for prompt attention.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle issues, and repair data within the Dealer Management System, ensuring attention to detail and data integrity.
- Conducting transactions with precision, walking customers through the correction process, and providing a comprehensive summary of the work performed.
- Communicating estimated completion times, providing regular updates, and following through on each customer vehicle to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
- Coordinating the detailing of every vehicle prior to delivery, ensuring it meets the company's high standards for quality and presentation.
- Scheduling delivery times or pickups with customers, ensuring convenience and flexibility.
- Following up with customers after services have been provided to ensure they are satisfied with the work performed and to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Service Advisor at Workwarp, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Knowledge of automotive methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Experience with the operational use and maintenance of a variety of hand power tools, shop tools, and automotive and electrical test equipment.
