Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming calls from patients and medical professionals, gathering essential information and providing support.

- Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems with caller information.

Essential Qualifications:
- 18+ years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Accurate keyboard and typing skills, meeting minimum requirements.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to convey a positive and empathetic tone.
- Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays, with paid time + ½.
- Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (not shared).
