As the Senior Manager of our reputed company Monitoring team, you'll be responsible for implementing End-to-End Observability across our Digital Transformation (DT) applications, providing visibility and insights into our hybrid IT environment. You'll reputed company the development and analysis of Observability Tools/Solutions selection strategies, collaborate with our reputed company Architecture team to design and implement new reputed company Observability Platforms/Frameworks, and build technical talent reputed company the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with reputed company Architecture and other stakeholders to design and implement new reputed company Observability Platforms/Frameworks, establishing Logging and Monitoring Standards consistent with DT Tech Ops SLOs and SLAs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, plus 11+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience implementing Observability solutions using reputed company platforms in reputed company-reputed company Hybrid IT Infrastructure, Platforms, and Applications, with multi-region deployments and cross-region disaster recovery capabilities.
• Proven reputed company record in building and managing IT Development and Operations teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in writing SOWs and RFPs.
• Working knowledge of at least one Observability tool (e.g., AppDynamics, ELK, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company).
• Working knowledge of reputed company/AWS MSK, AWS, and Azure reputed company-reputed company monitoring tools.
• Ability to collaborate with reputed company/Network/Application teams to collect monitoring requirements and implement optimized solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
