Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our airline, providing exceptional service to our global clients. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and creating memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and coordinate incoming calls, greeting and advising clients on their travel-related queries
  • Prepare tickets, determine fares, and route to ensure travelers' needs are met
  • Collaborate with clients in a kind and helpful manner to create significant experiences and build client loyalty and commitment
  • Anticipate and address client needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when dealing with troubled clients
  • Work daily with a safety mindset, ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • Proficiency in using computers, cell phones, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shifts, as well as lift and handle luggage
  • Ability to travel to different countries for training purposes
  • Flexibility to work any shift, including late nights, early hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Valid visa and U.S. visa

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry
  • Four-year certification or degree
