If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity where you can make a real difference, we invite you to join our team! **Responsibilities** As a Chat Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns * Providing customers with detailed information about our products and services, including pricing, features, and benefits * Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review * Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback * Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments * Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our chat platform and processes **Qualifications** To be successful as a Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary * Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment * Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment * Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: * Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse * Live within the state of Florida * Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position * Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT * Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred **Compensation and Benefits** As a Chat Specialist at blithequark, you can expect a competitive salary of $13 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
