Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
• Master's degree in education technology, instructional design, or a reputed company field
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading instructional design teams
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing higher-education courses
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theories and practices
• Experience with project management techniques and learning management systems
