Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Remote Call Center Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Call Center Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service, handling patient enrollment, and resolving data entry-related issues. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization, with a competitive salary range of $25-$35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize blithequark's solution data entry techniques and guidelines to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the appropriate system.
  • Handle patient prescription requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
  • Investigate to obtain missing prescription information and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
  • Resolve all data entry-related exceptions and handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed.
  • Settle Third-Party Oddballs by examining, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement necessities.
  • Provide assistance to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different locations, and identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting.
  • Acquire a dynamic professional permit or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a functioning professional permit or confirmation.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic level PC abilities, including:
    • Start up and shut down PC.
    • Use the mouse to point and click.
    • Start and close projects.
    • Switch between programs.
    • Save files and print reports.
    • Access data online.
  • Basic Web search tools abilities, including:
    • Opening a browser.
    • Composing in URLs in the right location.
    • Utilizing a web search tool.
    • Bookmarking a webpage.
    • Exploring utilizing back/forward/stop buttons.
    • Completing up structures on the web.
  • Intermediate-level keyboarding abilities (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents).
  • Convey recorded as a hard copy and verbally.
  • 18 years old or more established.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of pharmacy specialist experience in a retail or call center climate.
  • Something like a year and a half as a pharmacy specialist with a testament/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certificate office.
  • Experience giving client assistance to inward and outer clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for administrations, and assessment of consumer loyalty.
  • Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding abilities (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing archives).
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
