Part Time - Day Shift (7a-7p) General reputed company: Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures. Essential Functions: Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to reputed company reputed company care to assigned patients. Develops, discusses, and communicates a realistic plan of care for reputed company patient, in collaboration with reputed company patient/support person in order to address reputed company identified needs. Demonstrates the skills and judgment necessary to implement medical plan of care, nursing interventions, and procedures as necessary for the care of the patient. Evaluates the identified problems, care provided, and patient's responses are reassessed to meet patient and family needs and assure overall reputed company of care delivered. Maintains up to date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided to ensure the integration of information for use by the reputed company team, to ensure reputed company care. Performs reputed company responsibilities/duties required by the birthing unit/parent/child division as defined in the scope of service, to ensure that the unique nature of the reputed company is addressed. Develops the skills and judgment necessary to implement obstetrical plan of care, nursing interventions, and procedures, teaching of and communication with patient and support person(s). Other duties as assigned.
