Job title: Procurement Operations Specialist ($30/hr - Contract) Company: Job description: Description Procurement Operations Specialist ($30/hr - Contract) Our client is looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist to perform a wide range of duties regarding Travel & Expense Management, P2P Project Execution/Deliverables, PO Adoption, Integrity & Maintenance, What To Know: • $30 per hour pay rate • Fully Remote Work Schedule Responsibilities: • Identifying invoices coming into Accounts Payable that are not backed by POs • Supporting the transactional responsibilities required to process international employee travel requests and expense reimbursements prior to the go-live of the company's Liquid • Doing Project Management for the company's Liquid implementation and change management procedures • Ensuring that the Accounting department is able to fully leverage the Open PO report created by the Procurement team to execute their month-end close accruals Requirements and Skills: • A Bachelor's degree or higher • 2 to 5 years of experience with ERP systems and understanding of the procure-to-pay cycle • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent analytic and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
