Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.<li> Flu vaccination required for submission. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.<br><br><strong>Additional Details<br><br></strong><strong>Physical Therapist - Outpatient<br><br></strong><strong>Required Skills/Experience:</strong> Must have ortho experience<br><br><strong>Manual Therapy Experience Required<br><br></strong><strong>Types of Patients on Unit:</strong> Geriatric Orthopedics Post Op and NON Operative.<br><br><strong>Equipment Used on Unit:</strong> Traction, Basic Rehab Equipment<br><br><strong>Unit/Facility Details:</strong> Patient Ratios: 45 min one on one sessions 52 scheduled patients per week.<br><br><strong>Special Requests:</strong> All contingency request must be on the submission form<br><br><strong>Shift & Scheduling:</strong> Shift: Week Days, 5x8, (Option 1 5 x 8 hours OR Option 2 3x 9 hours, 1x 5 hours, 1x 8 hour)<br><br>5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 05/26/2025, 07/04/2025, 09/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025, 12/31/2025.
