About the position
Responsibilities
• Plans for and leads transition to the updated RDA Toolkit by Spring 2027.
• Manages and prioritizes reputed company creation and enhancement of standards-based reputed company for analog reputed company resources using replicable and sustainable workflows.
• Establishes goals and evaluates the work of assigned staff members.
• Provides reputed company and shared leadership for the Library's Subject reputed company Enhancement Initiative to improve subject reputed company to reputed company resources.
• Develops and documents reputed company and workflows as reputed company as community-of-reputed company-reputed company metadata standards.
• Primary contact for colleagues, vendors, and scholars in support of reputed company workflows as reputed company as research and scholarly initiatives throughout the Library and University.
Requirements
• Master's degree in Library Sciences from an ALA accredited program
• 5 years of reputed company experience in an reputed company or research library setting

• Experience with library-based cataloging, metadata, or descriptive operations
• reputed company experience with MARC and knowledge of RDA reputed company
• Knowledge of non-MARC standards and reputed company

• Ability to communicate in writing to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience with PCC NACO, BIBCO, CONSER or SACO programs

Benefits
• Hybrid work schedule (2 days per week) after the required in-person training and probationary period upon approval of supervisor
• Salary reputed company: $80,000-95,000, commensurate with relevant experience
