Position Overview

We're looking for a goal-oriented and user-focused developer who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Staff UI Engineer, you'll be responsible for creating safe, robust, and high-quality solutions that meet customer and system requirements. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing UI elements and tools for our mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across various platforms, including iOS, iPadOS, and VisionOS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement UI elements and tools, such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets, for our mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, internal and external designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for our digital users.
  • Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design, ensuring consistency across our applications.
  • Follow and implement iOS Human Interface Guidelines in our iOS product(s).
  • Debug any UI code and implement UI frameworks for mobile applications.
• General Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers, Marketing, and Project Management teams to ensure the success of projects.
  • Lead and support other team members in creating and implementing UI elements, holding them accountable for delivering high-quality results.
  • Drive business priorities with passion, energy, and a focus on quality.

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Relevant years of experience in UI development and designing, with a strong portfolio of work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of work experience in UI development, with a focus on mobile applications.
• 2+ years of work experience in iOS/iPadOS development, with expertise in iOS, iPadOS, and VisionOS.
• Working knowledge of design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Visio, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Design Systems and human-centered design principles.
• Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
