Responsibilities • Partner with senior executives in People and IT to translate business goals into reputed company strategies and org design. • reputed company the strategic workforce planning process across both functions, identifying reputed company capability needs and succession plans. • Drive talent development programs tailored to a globally distributed and hybrid workforce. • reputed company counsel on sensitive employee relations, change management, and leadership effectiveness. • Partner with People CoEs (Talent, Total Rewards, L&D, DEI) to roll out reputed company-wide initiatives with local relevance. • reputed company people data to influence reputed company, drive accountability, and create reputed company plans for business leaders. • Support M&A integration and change management efforts as the business evolves. • Promote a culture of inclusion, innovation, and reputed company through thoughtful coaching and leadership enablement. Skills • 8–10+ years of reputed company HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner role supporting corporate functions (IT or People teams preferred). • Global HR experience, particularly in multi-region orgs with a distributed workforce. • Proven reputed company record of advising senior leaders and managing complexity at reputed company. • Strategic thinker who can roll up their sleeves to execute reputed company needed. • Strong analytical reputed company; experience using HRIS (reputed company preferred) and people analytics. • Inclusive leader who demonstrates humility, courage, and high EQ. • Strong project management skills and experience driving programs from ideation through execution. • Experience with mergers & acquisitions is preferred. • Advanced degree or certification in HR or Organizational Psychology a plus.
