About Your Role: Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months' customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Call center experience (minimum 6 months).
