Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for Benefits Enrollment at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and handling 30-40 inbound calls per day from ADP client employees, providing timely and accurate information about benefits and open enrollment.
  • Explaining and interpreting complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and their dependents, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Examining, assessing, and combining data to provide comprehensive information on benefits and group insurance programs, as well as utilization trends.
  • Identifying needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Recording employee enrollment in benefits accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilizing in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures to provide expert-level support.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a related field, where you have answered customer questions and resolved issues effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally via inbound calls, email, and chat.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook and Word, with the ability to navigate computer systems while on the phone with customers.
  • Strong attendance and reliability, with a commitment to being punctual and meeting performance expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly valued:

  • Experience in benefits administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of insurance programs and benefits enrollment processes.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Training and Schedule

The training for this role will take place at our facility located at 1851 North Resler Drive, El Paso, Texas, 79911, and will last for approximately 3-4 weeks. During this period, you will be required to work a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

After completing training, you will be assigned a schedule of 40 hours per week, which will include one Saturday per month (overtime). Your schedule will be between the hours of 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and will not be changed after training.
