About the position
Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the dosimetry team, ensuring adequate coverage systemwide.
• Supervise, guide, and credential dosimetrists on existing and new procedures.
• Integrate innovations such as artificial intelligence and remote dosimetry into clinical workflows.
• Participate in the department's quality improvement committee.
• Train dosimetry students, physician residents, physics residents, and radiotherapy students.
Requirements
• Doctor of Medicine or equivalent doctoral degree.
• Certified Medical Dosimetrist certification.
• 5 years of related experience in medical dosimetry.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-haves
• Previous managerial experience in a medical dosimetry setting.
