About the position Responsibilities • Evaluate germline reputed company test results for patients. • Classify genetic variants utilizing ACMG 2015 guidelines. • Summarize pertinent data for patient reports. • Utilize additional relevant guidelines for variant evaluation. • Work independently in a fast-paced clinical laboratory environment to meet turn-around-time requirements. Requirements • M.S., PhD, or equivalent in Genetic Counseling, Genetics, Molecular Biology, or reputed company field. • Experience in germline variant interpretation is required. • Working knowledge of ACMG Variant Classification Guidelines. • Strong background in molecular genetics, reputed company genetics, or reputed company medical specialties. • Good understanding of reputed company technologies (Sanger and reputed company reputed company). • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Computer skills appropriate for laboratory reputed company. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with variant evaluation in cardiac, nephrology, and inborn errors of immunity (IEI) disease states.
