Key Responsibilities: Platform Administration: Configure and maintain reputed company modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, and reputed company. Custom Development: Design, script, and implement new applications, workflows, and integrations to expand reputed company functionality.
