Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead UX Product Designer and Prototyper to join our team. As a Lead UX Product Designer and Prototyper, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class digital shopping experiences for our customers. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and design teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business results. Your expertise in UX design, prototyping, and product development will be essential in shaping the future of our digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual, interaction, and motion designs and prototypes for digital and omni-channel experiences and platforms
• Collaborate within UX sprints for discovery, co-creation, future-visioning, and functional proof of concept delivery for emerging experiences
• Investigate new opportunities using tools that prototype visual design, interactions, motion, and other modes of interaction, including sound
• Align internal stakeholders, accelerate experimentation, and enable us to innovate more rapidly while scaling UX learnings and best-practices across teams
• Create deliverables representative of both exploratory and go-to-market design phases – such as wireframes, user flows, UI design, and prototypes
• Guide design process and mentor junior designers
• Hold design work to a high standard of craft, including accessibility, user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and service design
• Advance a culture of human-centered practice within UX, product, and engineering teams
• Build a network of relationships to enable your vision in service of our customer experience and Workwarp as a whole

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 7+ years of experience as a senior or lead product designer or design technologist with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product and service design work
• Expert skills in UX, product design, and prototyping, as well as structuring and planning work, and owning the design process
• Advanced experience working in new product development within large enterprises (i.e., co-creation sprints)
• Advanced proficiency in product design and development tools (i.e., Figma, Principle, Framer; ability to write markup and/or develop in HTML, JS, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose is a plus)
• Advanced strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to effectively use data and insights to set your direction and communicate your approach
• You balance the need for near-term solutions and long-term vision
• You are an expert in communicating how design connects to, serves, and improves business outcomes
• Exhibit a growth mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
