ITSM Operations Support (help desk support)
• ITSM Operations Support Profile with following capabilities:
• Pick up tickets and work through it based on SOP.
• Experience making API calls (Get/Post) through a tool like postman
• Send out emails/ scheduling meetings
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Knowledge of any scripting language would be a plus.
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills - since this would user interfacing role.
• Familiarity with Asana or any project management tool is a plus.
