A Day in the Life of a Customer Care Specialist II at blithequark

In this critical role, you will be the face and voice of blithequark, interacting with our valued customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information, processing orders, and tracking packages. As a key member of our customer care team, you will:

  • Successfully troubleshoot and resolve all customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts, demonstrating a high sense of urgency and a commitment to first-call resolution.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 6+ months of experience within a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage, where you have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate, and to maintain a high level of productivity and performance during peak periods.
  • A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace that meets our technical requirements, including wired, high-speed Internet, a modem or router with an Ethernet port, and a thin client that can connect directly to our systems.
  • The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership, maintaining a professional and engaged demeanor at all times.
