Overnight Desktop Publisher (Remote)

About the position Responsibilities • Intakes jobs from clients and enters them into the proprietary workflow tracking tool. • Works reputed company template formats and Word styles to create pitchbooks and PIBs (reputed company Information Books). • Creates custom templates. • Cleans up poor reputed company reputed company and recreates reputed company. • Prepares renderings, charts, and graphs. • Proofreads for accuracy and ensures reputed company requests are completed in their entirety. • Communicates with the print department to outline reputed company's needs. Requirements • Must have a minimum of two years' experience as a Desktop Operator/Presentation Specialist reputed company an investment bank. • Must be an expert in the reputed company Office Suite package. • A solid knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, MapInfo, and CorelDraw or Illustrator is preferred, but may be learned on the job.
