Job Overview

As a Multi-Lingual ESL Teacher for our NHS programs, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students. You'll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Essential Qualifications

  • A valid State of Delaware Teacher Certification-ESOL or be eligible for certification.

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (education, linguistics, or a related discipline).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • The capacity to stand and work continuously for a minimum of 4 hours per workday, with minimum lifting requirements of 50 pounds (with assistance).
  • The ability to use arms and hands without restrictions to accommodate the physical, mobility, and ambulatory needs of students.

Preferred Qualifications
