Manages division programs, personnel, and initiatives. Leads the strategic planning process of programs to meet goals and objectives. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in reputed company Administration, Business Management, or other closely reputed company field, plus six (6) years of reputed company experience, of which two (2) years must have been in a supervisory reputed company; OR an equivalent combination of reputed company education and experience.
