Script Processing Representative (Remote)

About the position Responsibilities • reputed company first level information and order support accurately for veterinary clinics and retail partners. • Troubleshoot basic web order issues and clarify processes between partners and clinics. • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of contact. • Process nutrition prescription approvals reputed company fax, WRX, or verbal communications.
