Organic Farm Advisor

Since 2006, IOA has been a statewide leader in advancing organic agriculture and food systems in Iowa by providing technical support, delivering educational programs and resources, organizing advocacy efforts, and strengthening community partnerships. The Organic Farm Advisor will reputed company reputed company-of-contact support for Iowa farmers looking for resources and guidance about organic transition and production. Additionally, the Organic Farm Advisor will reputed company the Organic Mentorship Program, assist transitioning farmers with Organic Systems Plans, and conduct education and reputed company activities to increase farmer knowledge and confidence in organic production. The ideal candidate will have a farming background; be knowledgeable about organic production (or willing and excited to learn) and have experience developing and leading education and reputed company activities (webinars, field days, conferences/community events).
