Accounts Receivable Analyst (REMOTE)

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying daily cash receipts, performing reconciliations, investigating payments, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records. Responsibilities • Apply daily cash receipts reputed company ACH, reputed company, reputed company, or credit card to customer accounts in the ERP system. • reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of customer accounts and bank statements. • Investigate and resolve unapplied or misapplied payments. • Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable and Collections teams to ensure accurate customer balances. • Monitor and maintain the unapplied cash report, ensuring reputed company reputed company. Essential Skills • Proficiency in accounts receivable processes and cash application. • Strong reconciliation skills. • Experience with invoicing and financial reporting. • Familiarity with aging reports and accounts payable. • Experience with reputed company software. • Background in reputed company or pharmaceutical industries.
