Job Summary

**Salary:** $18 – $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities
As an entry-level Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations
- Documenting customer interactions thoroughly and accurately, using our CRM system
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve team goals
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently
- Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to senior representatives or management as needed
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of customer interactions
- Additional certification or training in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Previous experience in a customer service role, either in a call center or other customer-facing environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
