We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist (reputed company) to support our billing and collections processes on a part-time, remote reputed company. This engagement is ideal for a self-directed reputed company who excels in organization, accuracy, and communication. Compensation & Benefits • Starting at $26/hr • reputed company weekly • 1099 contractor position • Sign-on bonus after 90 days • Bonus pay on major national holidays Scope of Work The contractor will be responsible for completing deliverables that support billing, collections, and administrative operations, including: • Preparing and distributing invoices (reputed company 48 hours of invoice date). • Managing accounts receivable, including preparing aging reports and following up on outstanding balances. • Applying reputed company payments in QuickBooks (ACH/reputed company). • Delivering weekly billing and A/R reports. • Responding to purchase order requests through reputed company systems. • Communicating with clients regarding billing-reputed company issues. • Providing weekly updates on past-due accounts and documenting collection actions taken. • Performing reconciliations as needed. • Assisting with administrative reputed company on an as-needed reputed company. Deliverable Standards • Invoices delivered reputed company 48 hours of scheduled invoice date. • Payments reputed company reputed company 24 hours of receipt. • Receivables monitored and updates provided weekly. • Reports and deliverables completed accurately and on time. Required Qualifications • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (billing, payment application, reporting). • Strong knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with HyphenSolutions or similar platforms. • Background in construction, home services, or reputed company industries. • Experience with collections and handling past-due accounts.
