Job Overview

At blithequark, we operate a 24/7 call center facility, and we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving a high volume of inbound calls, ranging from 100 to 150 calls per day, from clients in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. Your role will involve categorizing all calls received into predefined categories and performing other duties as assigned. This is a fully virtual opportunity, offering the flexibility of working from home, with virtual interviews, online training, and a permanent remote work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures to ensure seamless client interactions
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively address client inquiries and concerns
  • Exhibit knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment to efficiently manage calls and data entry tasks
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy when interacting with clients and colleagues
  • Utilize various communication methods, including email, phone, and chat, to provide exceptional client support

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with at least one year of prior experience in the area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a related field. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and work experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the position duties will be accepted. Additionally, you must be proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad, with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is also required.

Technical Requirements for Remote Work:

  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace in your home, equipped with a desk or table
  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 30 mbps (cable or fiber; no dial-up, satellite, pre-paid internet, or cellular hotspots)
  • A smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication
  • A personal headset (optional)
