We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing extraordinary experiences to our existing customers, promoting and selling our products and services, and assisting with payments or changes on accounts. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows 10+, with a minimum of 8GB+ RAM, 2.4GHz+ Quad Core Processor, and 25GB+ available disk space.
  • Reliable internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 10Mbps and upload speed of 5Mbps, and a secure room with no outside sound, and monitor screens not visible from outside windows.
