Part-Time Admin assistant/Hiring manager – Amazon Store
Stewart Facility Services is a locally owned Commercial Cleaning Company with over 60 local locations to service.
We are looking to hire a professional individual to take on hiring, admin assistance and coverage responsibilities.
Hiring: This individual would be responsible for posting job ad's on appropriate platforms, pulling applications, scheduling interviews and completing the hiring process.
Admin assistance: Assisting with daily phone calls and various administration work as needed.
Coverage: Must have availability in the evening to help cover a building in the case that a shift cannot be filled or if multiple callouts have been made.
This position will offer a base salary for 10 hours per week along with an hourly pay fro anything over the 10 hours worked.
Requirements:
- Management or Admin experience
- Reliable transportation
- Great communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Availability during the day time to meet for in-person interviews
- Availability in the evening time to help with coverage if needed
