- Optimize data collection frameworks, including website cookies, customer registrations, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture valuable consumer insights.
- Explore opportunities for data enrichment through third-party sources to enhance consumer profiles and segmentation.
- Develop and execute personalized customer journeys across digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and relevance.
