Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Keys in sales orders daily with high accuracy, aiming for no more than 2 errors per month
  • Sets up new clients as needed, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and processed efficiently
  • Handles exception calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions and resolving issues promptly
  • Provides support for sales reps as needed, helping them to meet their sales targets and goals
  • Sets up initial standing orders for customers, maintains standing orders, and processes holds, releases, and additions as required
  • Processes exceptions into the Case module, creates credit memos, files freight claims, issues call tags, and follows defective product procedures as needed
  • Processes freight claims, disputes, and pursues payment from carriers, ensuring that all claim paperwork is filed accurately and on time
  • Provides excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Adheres to blithequark's Core Values and Purpose, attending all scheduled meetings and missing no more than 10% annually
  • Clocks in and out for work and lunch with no more than 1 error per month, demonstrating a high level of accountability and responsibility
