Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative with blithequark, your responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with Customers: You will connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
  • Resolving Issues: You will calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Responding to Requests: You will respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
  • Tracking Call-Related Information: You will track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing Feedback: You will provide feedback on call issues and upsell when required.

Qualifications

We are looking for fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to Work Remotely: You must be able to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
  • Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Age Requirement: You must be over 18 years of age.
  • Typing Speed: You must be able to type 30 words per minute.
  • Education: You must be a high school graduate or have a GED.
  • Computer Skills: You must be comfortable with desktop computer systems and have proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You must have logical problem-solving skills and be able to navigate Windows operating systems.
  • Organization and Prioritization Skills: You must have strong organization and work prioritization skills.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home with blithequark, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet Connection Requirements: You must have a minimum subscribed download rate of 50.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 Mbps. Your ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: You must be able to provide proof of your internet speed.
  • Clean and Quiet Workspace: You must have a clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
