Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolution
- Provide accurate information about Blithequark products and services, and make recommendations to customers as needed
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and feedback
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals, and participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve customer service
- Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and technologies, and make recommendations to customers and colleagues as needed
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-year customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and meet performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
- Experience with financial services or a similar industry
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
