Must be willing to Work in Rotational Shifts
· 2+ years of IBMi monitoring experience.
· Experience performing backups
· Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
· Strong communication and personal interaction skills.
· Ability to work in a flexible shift environment (24 x 7)
