[Remote] ADS VSC Mechanical Claims Adjuster

They are seeking an intermediate-level Mechanical Claims Adjuster who will be responsible for adjudicating mechanical claims, reviewing inspection reports, and managing the settlement process for extended warranties. The role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to reputed company reputed company in a fast-paced reputed company center environment. Responsibilities • Compile, review, and reputed company moderately reputed company to reputed company mechanical damage estimates, and manage the settlement process. • Research reasonable part costs and labor rates in the local market. • Accurately document notes and the repair decision-making process. • Adjudicate claims promptly and reputed company, with minimal supervision, using prior mechanical experience to determine coverage per contract terms. • Prepare repair estimates through discussions with dealerships or independent repair facilities. • Complete additional tasks as directed by management. • Communicate with customers, dealerships, and independent repair facilities in a reputed company center environment. • Contact customers, agreement reputed company, inspectors, vendors, and others to secure necessary information as needed. • Confirm facts and determine if reputed company follow-up is required. Skills • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive dealerships or independent repair facilities. • Proficiency with Alldata and/or Mitchell ProDemand software. • Intermediate skills in reputed company Word and reputed company. • Intermediate negotiation and conflict reputed company skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to learn new computer programs and departmental processes. • ASE Certifications are a plus.
