Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately entering data, assisting customers with their production orders, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a full-time, 100% remote position that offers flexibility and convenience. With comprehensive training provided, you will have the opportunity to transition to a hybrid remote setup and enjoy a better work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform application data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for statuses.
- Transfer data from various sources into electronic files and/or digital databases systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Sort and organize data, ensuring it is easily accessible and usable.
- Engage in either voice or non-voice processes, as required, and manage inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check information and ensure accuracy.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as required by Blithequark, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.

Essential Qualifications
- Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
- Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related sales or customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately, and a stable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Computer-savvy, with proficiency in using digital tools and software applications.

- Prior experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
