The Operations Trainer will also assist with the development and facilitation of training materials for new processes and procedures. Drive Production Associate learning and engagement through development and execution of a standardized training programRESPONSIBILITIESSafely operate reputed company production machinery and manage/update reputed company relevant SOPs.Manually handle cased goods around the manufacturing area.Follow reputed company safety rules and requirements to include reputed company lockout/tagout procedures and GMP guidelines.Facilitate training for new Operations TEAm members on manufacturing processes including equipment operations, material handling, HPSW, and documentation.Assist in developing innovative production techniques to support OEE goals.
