Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will be part of the Planning and Delivery Operations team within the Business Operations group, working closely with cross-functional teams to strategically manage and coordinate key business workflows and processes. As a Data Analyst and Information Investigator, you will play a vital role in the implementation, optimization, and standardization of the organization's cost and resource allocation models. Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to internal teams and functional partners, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
• Support the coordination of high-priority projects that standardize and streamline financial cycles across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Support internal business workflows, such as management costing, workforce management, and resource planning, leveraging data analysis and technical expertise to drive process improvements.
• Work with various data systems and provide ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and issue resolution, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Document workflows related to key processes, data collection, and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes, and collaborating with Information Architects and system designers to support documentation and implementation of database designs.

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data engineering, or technical fields, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Economics, Informatics, or Computer Science, with a strong foundation in mathematics and analytical skills.
• Experience working with data and data manipulation software, such as R, SQL, Python, and building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, and Smartsheet.
• Understanding of social database design and capability, with experience in data modeling and data warehousing.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to refine insights from data and create compelling messaging for executive audiences.
